Every Minibus EV vehicle ships with a standard warranty. Our export team coordinates RMA and spare-parts logistics across 50+ destination countries.

RMA process
Five steps, end-to-end
From your first email to a working vehicle. Most issues resolve with parts shipment + local repair.
Submit RMA request
Email our support team with the vehicle VIN/serial, photos, and a description of the issue.
Remote diagnosis
Our engineers assess the issue via photos, video, and — if needed — remote diagnostics through the fleet app.
Parts shipment
If a part is needed, we ship by air freight (door-to-door 5–10 days typical). Under warranty: no charge for parts.
Local repair
Common parts can be replaced by your maintenance staff with the included maintenance guide and our video support.
Escalation
If local repair is not possible, we arrange return-to-factory or a service-technician visit at buyer cost.
